Joseph Gentempo

Hello! I’m Joe Gentempo.

I’ve always had a passion for photography. I bought my friend’s camera back in junior year of high school and haven’t looked back since. After seven years behind the lens, I expanded into video content, broadcast filming, and commercial work, which has allowed me to tell stories in new and dynamic ways.

For the past five years, I’ve worked in the creative field, and at Smart Marketing I get the chance to work with a talented team while continuing to learn and share my own knowledge. I like to stay on the move and can’t stand sitting still.

Outside of work, I spend time at the gym, go on walks with my camera, and often head out to Sandy Hook. Being outdoors gives me a break from the fast pace of production and lets me enjoy the process of creating for myself.
